一种快速修复中频炉感应器铜管烧穿的工艺
感应线圈打火严重时会将形成拉弧,严重的拉弧会导致铜管在拉弧部位被击穿。另一种情况是在炉衬被烧穿后,铁液外溢引起铜排烧穿。 铜排烧穿后造成冷却水外溢,必须立即停炉修复。由于铜排安装在炉壳内,焊补不便,修复时需拆卸取出。通常铜排修复工艺至少要浪费一个炉衬,还比较费时,下面就为大家介绍一种粘补法,为大家节约维修成本。
对第一种原因引起的铜排烧穿,可暂时停炉,同时将1~2mm厚的铜片剪成小块,其面积应稍大于铜排烧裂口面积,然后用锯片或手砂轮清除铜排烧穿处的残渣,并用砂纸打磨干净,迅速将FCR铜裂纹快速修补剂与固化剂混合,把修剪好的铜片在铜排烧裂处粘好,几分钟后FCR固化,即可形成很高的铜排粘结强度,此时就可以重新开炉了。
对第二种原因引起的铜排烧穿,修复工艺过程如下:倾炉出铁→停炉→维修炉衬→铜排粘补→开炉。该修复工艺较传统的焊补修复也节省了一个炉衬及大量工时和烘炉电力。

The FCR copper crack fast repairing agent is quickly mixed with the curing agent, and the trimmed copper sheet is stuck in the copper row cracking. After a few minutes, the FCR is solidified. The high copper bond strength can be re-opened at this time.
For the second reason caused by the copper row burn-through, the repair process is as follows: tilting the furnace iron → stopping the furnace → repairing the furnace lining → copper row bonding + opening furnace. This repair process also saves a lining and a large amount of man-hours and oven power compared to conventional weld repairs.
