大直径钢管淬火回火生产线满足直径为φ325~φ1067 钢管淬火回火工序。中频感应加热炉分为加热和均温两个区域,均温区域可独立 环控制,可修整 管温度差从而达到工艺要求。工件的淬火、回火在同一条生产 上分别进行,即:通过 整 备的相关参数,分别完成大直径 管的淬火处理过程、回火处理过程。
管回火加热工作过程:储料、上料、辊轮传输、加热、均温、出料、下料等。
管淬火加热工作过程:储料、上料、辊轮传输、加热、均温、喷淋、冷却、出料、下料等。
加热 控制分为自动控制和手动控制。加热温度为 环控制和手动控制,最 工件出口温度应满足工件的工艺要求的 定范围内。
中频感应加热炉和保温电炉用以实现如下技术要求的加热功能:
工件名称:石油套管、高压 炉管、管 管、等。
(2)工件直径范围:Φ325mm-Φ1067mm
(3) 管壁厚:10mm-30mm。
(4)可加热 管长度: 6.0m-13m。
(5) 管加热最高温度:1050℃。

大直径钢管淬火回火生产线产品工艺指标:
Φ325mm-Φ1067mm 范围内。感应加热温度 1050℃。 产量:1.8 万吨/年。
中频感应炉采用多台 KGPS 中频电源和多台感应器组成。淬火主加热区:一台电源配备一台感应器,这样电源功率独立可 同时控制一台感应器可以提高加热温度精确性,可以实现每台加热感应器功率匹配无极可调 ,并可以实现温度闭环控制。加热单元采用独立的 4 个加热单元,每个单元采用一台 600KW 中频电源带一台800~1000mm 长感应器工作。其优点:单台功率较小,稳定性高,每台电源功率独立频率 可以根据管规格,适应性范围增强,提高加热效率。
回火均温加热区:由 1 台 300KW 中频电源控制,中频电源带独立的感应器,感应器上都有测温孔,配合远红外测温对管温度进行测量和控制。感应器长度800-1000mm。
