中频炉为何总是烧穿同一个晶闸管？

在水路畅通、散热器与晶闸管（晶闸管）的安装符合标准的前提下，总是烧穿同一个晶闸管

检查如下：

1. 与该晶闸管对应的阻容吸收电路是否开路（电阻或电容内部断路）？

2. 检查对应于该晶闸管的脉冲功放板，上面的电阻、电容及二极管，包括脉冲变压器自身是否完好？

3. 特别要注意：脉冲变压器发光二极管亮不能判定脉冲变压器是否完好。需要更换新的脉冲变压器替换。

4. 检查晶闸管触发线对应的输出端子是否松动。
